SA could care less if their customers are happy or not. Beware, this is just a cash grab game, and one that makes Hasbro look even more greedy than they actually are. Save yourself the trouble, don't spend a penny on this game, and if you're a parent, reconsider allowing your child to play this game or you'll be getting your kid(s) used to spending money and not getting anything out of it. If you do buy stuff in the game, you'll quickly see that in return for your hard earned money you'll get ripped off 99% of the time. The customer support has only excuses when the bundle you bought doesnt even give the character that the bundle is named after. On top of that there are constant bugs, some of which have been in the game for over a year now. All SA does is pump out more content you have to pay for instead of fixing what's been already released.

Pass on this game & you'll never regret it, plus you won't have wasted your money. Well, Space Apes had to put out drop rates numbers and it isn't pretty. 1% chance at a 4. in a premium crystal.

Do yourself a favor and take a hard pass at this game, you're better off playing a game that offers guaranteed purchases (like clash of clans) than a 'chance of' b.s. Weighted random crystals like in this game. The content the game releases target big spenders and the top of the top. They don't give you much options to do outside of raiding and the catch up mechanic is brutal if you just started playing. Normally games provide a head start to newcomers but there's nothing of that sort.

The first 4 star will take months for you to get but it will get easier to get more. By completing every event, you'll average a 4 star robot every month. That means a potential 12 new 4star robot in a year. Assuming no duplicate robots.
